My French ancestor travelled to “Nouvelle-France” from Normandy in the mid 1600s, making me a direct descendant of the first European families that colonized what was to become today’s Canada. Proud of my French Canadian heritage, I am very passionate about history. The history of my country which has greeted so many immigrants since its creation is rich and full of interesting twists and turns.

Just as the early navigators, I have a insatiable interest of all things maritime. And like the first explorers, I crave to learn and discover but also love to share all that I know with others who share the same interests and passions.

I love my country and strive to make everyone discover its beautiful landscapes, its nature, fauna, flora and learn about the history, culture and friendly people that make Canada what it is today.
